Another busy day for our volunteers and the word is spreading as brochures have been delivered throughout the Wye Valley and up into the Forest of Dean. Any area not receiving or needing more can contact either mark on email@example.com - mobile 07899661536 or Mel on firstname.lastname@example.org.
The new A4 format seems to have gone down well, especially the pull out week to view on the centre pages. Thanks to Eagle Eye, Rhiannon Shaw Penman, for spotting the typo in the middle referring people to P25 for the Commemorative Walk. That’s a neat trick in a 24 page brochure so please refer to P23.
Wristbands can now be purchased from The Three Horseshoes, The Robin Hood, No. Eighteen, The Punch House, Emma Webster, Fancy Fred’s and Granny Brown’s so please grab one on your next visit and give us some support (Please).
Our brochure arrived early from the print run which allowed us to launch early, which we did on Saturday 20th June on the Market Square. Brochures were given out and we also put on sale this year’s wrist band. You can show your support for the festival by buying one of our wristbands (Please donate a minimum £1) available from various outlets around the town.
We’re still looking for a partner to pre sell t-shirts and once we know where that is then we’ll let you know. We are also planning another visit to the square on Saturday but that’s dependent on volunteers this Thursday. Again, we’ll let you know.
If you want to get involved in this or next year’s festival then please drop an e-mail to Mel on the address above.
